Parking Lot Compassion

From Roxie’s beloved kindergarten teacher, Maestra Elva De Jarnett — Jamo (her son) and I ventured out today to do some grocery shopping. This lady, Emma, was getting all her things straightened out in her car, so we waited and let her have her space and time.  As we were getting ready to get in our car, she asked if she could give Jamo some money so that he could buy himself something. I told her that it was not necessary, but she insisted and gave him $7.  We gave her a big hug and one of Roxie’s cards.  We talked in the parking lot for nearly an hour.  It made our day and we thought about you.  Hugs
